1 cup raw cashews, soaked overnight
1 - 7 ounce jar roasted red peppers, drained
¼ cup tahini
2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons za’atar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in the work bowl of a food processor and blend until smooth.
