Aromatic za'atar and smoky roasted red peppers flavor this ultra creamy cashew hummus. A delicious alternative to chickpea based hummus.

  • 1 cup raw cashews, soaked overnight
  • 1 - 7 ounce jar roasted red peppers, drained
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 teaspoons za’atar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  1. Combine all ingredients in the work bowl of a food processor and blend until smooth.
