5-Minute Wild Blueberry Vanilla Frozen Yogurt

A healthy, delicious frozen treat with the most intense blueberry flavor. Low in calories and chock-full of antioxidants.

  • 4 cups frozen wild blueberries
  • ½ cup plain, full fat, Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla (preferably pure vanilla extract)
  • pinch of salt
  1. Combine all the ingredients in the work bowl of a food processor and blend for 5 minutes without stopping.
  2. Transfer to a freezer safe container and freeze for at least 2-3 hours before serving (see notes).
Straight from the food processor, this frozen yogurt will have a very soft consistency and will melt quickly. For best results, freeze the mixture for at least 2-3 hours before serving.
