  • ⅓ cup apricot jam
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  1. Whisk all ingredients together (see notes).
  2. Makes enough marinade for 2 lbs. of meat.
If using the marinade right away, whisk the ingredients together in a shallow casserole dish and put the meat in. Turn to coat and let marinate for a minimum of 1 hour, up to 24 hours
