Sweet and Salty Chia Flax Peanut Butter
Serves: 10 servings
  • 2 cups/9½ ounces unsalted peanuts
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon golden flaxseed meal
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and process for 3 minutes or until the mixture is the consistency of peanut butter.
